**Job Title: Hotel General Manager - Select Service** DUAL Brand - Comfort & Quality Inn

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager for our select service Dual Brand property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience, maintain high standards of service, and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
- Foster a guest-focused environment where excellent customer service is a priority.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and financial plans, control expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all other relevant legal standards.
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with department heads and staff to meet the hotel's objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and services provided to ensure standards are being met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the hospitality sector.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a General Manager in a hospitality environment, preferably in select service hotels. Choice Hotels brand experience is A plus.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
